Experience. Judgment. Passion. Results.
Not unlike aviation, ultimately one person is responsible for a successful outcome.
With his undergraduate degree in engineering, Fred has the technical background to quickly learn and understand a broad range of disciplines covering a multitude of technologies. As reflected in his over 5,000 incident-free hours as a commercially rated pilot operating complex, systems-based aircraft in all types of conditions, Fred has the ability to focus, solve problems as they arise, and remain calm in the face of any kind of challenge.
Fred pairs his technical expertise with the ability to make complex topics comprehensible to non-technical audiences – including judges and juries – a strength honed through over 2,000 national television and radio appearances as a subject-matter expert over the last fifteen years.
Equally important, with a down-to-earth style rare among intellectual property lawyers, Fred has consistently proved his ability to build fact-finders’ trust, narrow the issues, deliver focused and persuasive arguments, and win the day for his clients.
Frederick A. Tecce
A former federal prosecutor and registered patent attorney, Fred Tecce is an AV-rated, commercial litigation attorney.
Over the last forty years, in roles as varied as a large firm partner, Practice Group Leader and Office Managing Partner to the founder of a nationally recognized litigation boutique firm, Fred has dedicated himself almost exclusively to the representation of a broad spectrum of plaintiffs and claim holders, including intellectual property owners in a variety of industries and disciplines.
For individuals and entities ranging from publicly traded U.S. based businesses to behemoth multinational Pacific rim corporations, to a Ph.D. who prosecuted her own patents while raising three infant daughters as a widowed mother, Fred has obtained substantial verdicts, settlements, and judgments for his clients.
